- Can I cancel anytime?
- After the initial three month commitment, yes. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The three month minimum exists to give the program enough runway to build your foundation and demonstrate real results, not to lock you in.
- Do I own the website?
- Yes. Your content, brand assets, and business identity are always yours. If you ever leave the program, you take your content with you. We build for you, not for us.
- What is not included in $249 per month?
- The monthly fee covers your website, hosting, business email, ongoing maintenance, fresh monthly creative assets, and hands-on support. Optional add-ons like extra service pages, advanced local SEO campaigns, e-commerce functionality, logo design, and booking systems are quoted separately.
- What if I outgrow the program?
- Many businesses do, and that is a good problem. When you need custom functionality, multi-site architecture, or larger campaigns, our partner agency CreataCo handles those engagements. Moving up is straightforward and you keep everything you have built.
- What about hosting and email after I cancel?
- If you cancel, we will export your site and content and help you move it to a host of your choice. Email continues for 30 days after cancellation so you have time to migrate addresses without interruption.
- What kinds of changes are included each month?
- Ongoing copy updates, photo swaps, contact information changes, hours updates, new product or service listings, and the monthly creative assets we deliver. Large redesigns or new feature builds are quoted as add-ons.
- When does the next monthly charge happen?
- Billing starts on the day your site launches and recurs monthly on the same date. No proration surprises, no hidden renewal fees.
